WW2 Lee Enfield No.4 and Sten MkV Spike Bayonet and scabbard.

Original WW2 Spike Bayonet or 'Pig Sticker' Bayonet and scabbard in very good condition.

Originally issued for the Lee Enfield No.4 Rifle and latterly the Sten MkV, the British No 4 Mark II bayonet was a development of the No 4 Mk I bayonet intended to simplify production.
The blade of the No 4 Mk II was a simple, circular sectioned spike - much easier to manufacture than the cruciform blade of the No 4 Mk 1.
